 My name is Alistair Kent and I am the founder of the business. A little background on me, I have a wife (Kate) and two children (Chloe and Caleb). We live in Nottingham, in the UK. I am an accredited Church Minister who is currently working full time in the marketplace.
The not-so-distant future, for Kate and me holds an adventure into 'church planting', which we are currently preparing for. My work history before 'full time ministry' was in Advertising and Marketing, dealing both in account management and print buying. In more recent times, for a season, I have been called back into the workplace where my skills have been honed in the area of both graphic design and web design. I work with my superb developer, Dave, on this project, as well as another venture Journal Junkies.
YourChurchOnTheWeb, I fully believe, is a God given strategy to build up a business that gives all small-medium sized churches across the globe an opportunity to easily get their church on-line. But not only that, I believe it is also a means of both producing income to invest into the furthering of God's Kingdom, as well as more specifically, helping release us into church planting.
