1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website (on the Client Pages) are only open to you if you register as a client.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. 2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement to your chosen e-mail address, detailing the products or plan you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we upload your website to your web hosting package on the world wide web. We will send you a confirmation by email when your site is ready (normally within three working days, although not guaranteed). When we upload your website the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where products or plans are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.3 Plans and products are charged only once, whereas hosting and domain fees are charged on an annual subscription basis, one year from the date of initial payment.
2.4 If your account becomes delinquent past 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend your Hosting and Domain services. If your account becomes delinquent past 60 days, we reserve the right to terminate Your Service. We will collect any delinquent balances, and handling of this collection will be turned over to a collection agency if necessary. If your Plan is terminated and you wish to re-establish your Plan, You must pay all delinquent balances in full.

3. PLANS:

3.1 YourChurchOnTheWeb.com will provide it’s customers with a Website design as seen in fully functioning mode on their ‘Live Demo’ site at www.yourchurchontheweb.com/demo. You are expected to supply and load the site with any personalised content.

4. MODIFICATIONS & OWNERSHIP

4.1 You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to your website to fit your purposes. The CMS (Content Management System) is Open Source software which means it can be modified by you. You own any content that is input through the CMS system. You are therefore liable for all content on the site.
4.2 You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products or plans purchased from us, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services.
4.3 Your Hosting & Domain Name (if requested) will be provided by us through our third party partner 'GodsWeb.co.uk'. You will have access to modify information related to this, such as e-mail management and access to various source codes. Therefore, as stated in clause 4.2, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use this service.
4.4 Your registered domain name remains your property. As the registrar, YourChurchOnTheWeb will be responsible for renewing the domain on your behalf when necessary.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
5.2 Upon cancellation of your order we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
5.3 If at any time you decide to cancel any hosting or domain subscriptions through Us, you may do so but will not receive a refund for any pre-paid months. You should inform Us 1 month before any hosting and domain subscriptions are due for renewal if you no longer wish to use them.

6. LICENCE
6.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited.
